Round like the Olympic circles, the pistachio Paris Brest is one of our bestsellers. Available everyday in single size and on order for cakes to share (4, 6, 8 or 12 persons).

It doesn’t explode in the sky or lightning strike the trees across the countryside, but this famous classic is called éclair in French (lightning). There are many guesses as to the origin of its name: it’s made in a flash, devoured in a flash, but one thing is for sure: our chocolate eclairs disappear in a flash from our counter every day!

Many of you are asking about macarons when coming to Un je ne sais Quoi. Because our kitchen is (so very) tiny, we cannot make them, but we looked for several brands and after trying we decided to offer you 6 flavors of this great brand: raspberry, pistachio, chocolate, rose, salted caramel and earl grey.

Their macarons are not only good, but this company’s vision aligns with our vision of pâtisserie: they use only natural and organic ingredients with absolutely no artificial flavors, colors or preservatives.
