Join us this Saturday for a Kalua-style pig roast at The Roost! Chef Nathan Anda will be on-site roasting four bone-in, skin-on pork shoulders outside on the patio. We’ll be incorporating this sumptuous meat into a variety of kalua-style food specials for the day, all of which perfectly complement our Tiki menu at Show of Hands!

Starting Friday, June 7th, is doubling down on our love of lagers. Going forward, at least half of our 50 drafts will pour bottom-fermenting beers (lagers) at all times! To kick-off the first day of this new era, we’re offering all lagers on draft for $5 until 4:00PM.
But that’s not all! To mark the occasion, we’ll be tapping rare beers from some of our favorite lager producers, including some available exclusively at Shelter.

Just in time for Father’s Day, Show of Hands is releasing THREE EXCLUSIVE barrel picks for retail purchase: an Elijah Craig 8-year barrel proof bourbon called “Deuce’s Wild," a Booker’s 9-year bourbon release from River Roots that we picked in conjunction with J Street Whiskey, and a new single barrel Rittenhouse Rye lovingly dubbed “Marmalade on Toast.”
If that’s not enough, we’re opening our whiskey vault for a full sale of allocated whiskeys including Weller Special Reserve, Weller 12-Year, an array of Springbank offerings, plenty of Blanton’s and Blanton’s Gold bottles, Larceny Barrel Proof, and so much more!

Join us this Memorial Day for a very special pop-up from our friends at Hi/Fi Tex-Mex BBQ! Chef Nathan Anda of and will be serving up signature Texas and Carolina-style meats, all carefully slow-cooked on a combination of offset and reverse flow smokers in Del Ray, Alexandria.
Spirit Director Nick Farrell has also crafted some Wild Turkey specials for the occasion, including a Hickory Smoked Wild Turkey Old Fashioned & bottled cocktails to-go. And to add another layer to the fun, we're featuring $5 draft lagers all day long!
We'll be starting this shindig at 12:00pm sharp Memorial Day Monday and serving until supplies run out. Come join us!
Cameo is kicking off AAPI Heritage Month this Friday with a special cupping of rare teas from Yunnan, China! Join Marcos Iglesias from Spirit Tea and NRG Coffee Director Kenia Euceda from 11:00am - 1:00pm this Friday, May 10th, as we taste through some regional highlights from the Yunnan providence (otherwise known as the birthplace of tea!)
