We're looking for energetic, inspiring, and dedicated individuals to join our team this year as Facilitators for this year’s Summer Camp at Operation Heroes Connect! If you have a passion for mentoring young minds and a flair for fun, we need you!
📅 Duration: July 22-28th
📍 Location: Solomons, MD
As a camp facilitator, you’ll have the opportunity to:
- Lead activities and workshops
- Inspire and motivate our young campers
- Create an unforgettable summer experience
Requirements:
- Experience in mentoring young individuals (preferred)
- Background Check
- A can-do attitude and a team player
- Ability to commit throughout the duration of the camp

What is Operation Heroes Connect?
Founded in 2011, Operation Heroes Connect is an organization that partners veterans as full time mentors to local at-risk youth. The organization facilitates an annual summer camp program in which 75-100 local youth from the D.C., MD, and VA areas are afforded the opportunity to attend a week long overnight summer enrichment camp for free. With so many children in need of a positive role model in their lives, as service members and veterans I think it's time that we answer that call!
