Ryukyuan dance event in Washington, DC, on November 18.

This is the first time five Ryukyuan Shihan, Certified Dance Masters, from different academies and from diverse regions in the U.S., have united to share the beauty of the Ryukyuan dance. Frances Nakachi (Hawaii), Kinuko Motokake (San Francisco), Ben Higa (Los Angeles), Joseph Nishijo (So. California) and Momoe Onno (Washington D.C.)

Let us enjoy Okinawa’s proud culture and tradition, which brings us together to bring peace and harmony to the world.
