saw us partner with ACT Alliance, Kirkens Nรธdhjelp and others to host a side event at UN Geneva, titled "Navigating within Shrinking Space: Womenโ€™s Vital Role in Peace and Security."

Our Director of Global Engagement and Impact Dr. Suchi Gaur, moderated a panel of experts from FELM, UN Women, United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA), Orthodox Church, and a number of Member States to highlight the importance of women in implementing UN Security Council Resolutions 1325 and 2475, which call for womenโ€™s meaningful participation in peacebuilding efforts.

This event reaffirms our dedication to raising womenโ€™s voices and ensuring they are included in shaping peace and security policies. Women and youth voices in peace is common sense! Transformative actions are a must to support to make this a reality.
