Job description
Kiss My Axe - Watertown is a recreational venue featuring axe and knife throwing.
We are looking for sharp individual, a go-getter, who is looking for a challenge in a unique environment with an eye for growth. If you're interested, please submit your resume asap!

The role requirements of an Axe Throwing coach (Axespert) include:
Checking in guests
Learning our Point-Of-Sale system to process orders
Teaching people how to throw an axe as well as providing guidance regarding safety best practices when they are throwing axes. (We will train you.)
Checking in on our guests intermittently through their time with us to ensure they are having a fun and safe time.
General shop upkeep duties including but not limited to: sweeping, target changes, cleaning the lanes and tables, stocking merchandise in the retail store.
Serving and making fresh ground coffee.

What we are looking for:
Customer Service Skills including: adaptability, patience, and enthusiasm.
Soft skills including: effective communication, time management, critical thinking, and problem solving.
Minimum 1-2 years of Retail / Restaurant/ Hospitality experience;
Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
Able to work independently as well as collaboratively
Proficient computer skills
Must be able to work Saturdays
Flexible work week between 10-20 hours
