How We Started
Since 1973, Weldall Manufacturing has been providing contract equipment manufacturing for OEM’s in a wide variety of industries, providing complete fabrications and machining components up to 400,000#. Fast forward to 2013. After manufacturing equipment for 40 years, the principles of Weldall Mfg. embarked on a quest for a solution to provide clients and industry with an alternative source for value added unsurpassed quality equipment at economical prices.
In December of 2013, Orbis Machinery, LLC was formed. Based in Waukesha WI, Orbis Machinery, LLC operates 3 fulltime shifts with nearly 300 employees, a modernized engineering department utilizing the latest engineering software, and lead by two industry-respected specialists with over 60 years of combined process and engineering knowledge in Ball Mills, Dryers, Mixers and Blenders.
The partnership between Weldall Mfg and Orbis Machinery allows for the most stringent quality control measures to be observed to provide only the highest quality equipment. Our facility has been certified to ISO 9001:2008 and ISO 14001:2004 Standards in addition to maintaining the “U” and “R” ASME code stamp certificates for pressure vessel construction.
