Been having weeks backlog of work and I can’t keep up anymore!

I am looking for a experienced Diesel Technician, but also willing to train the right person!

We work on light duty trucks including Dodge/Ram Cummins, Ford Powerstrokes and GM Duramax and some medium duty trucks along with PM services on Semi trucks.
Just some the things we do:
-Engine diagnostics and install-long blocks,head gasket,Injectors,Turbo,fuel pumps etc…
-Transmission Diagnostics and installs
-Suspension/lifts and Steering work
-Truck Restorations and Custom Builds

Requirements:
- 1-2 years diesel technician experience
- Must have own tools

Sometimes we over look the smallest of issues. We like to use the old Navy KISS principle “Keep It Simple Stupid” when diagnosing things.

Customer stated low power, no smoke and no CEL on.

After verifying complaint and driving with datalog we found rail pressure was good but MAF reading 90g/s at 100% throttle which is way low. Took it out and found old rag and twine around the sensor.

Power loss was resolved at this point, no extra parts no wasted money and simple fix! Customer was very happy 😃

**ATTENTION** To all customers that are new to diesel trucks, please bring your trucks in to be looked over before purchasing!!!

This truck looked good up front and dealer said it had minor leak. Well it turned out they replaced trans, oil pan and messed up the rear main seal which made a huge oil leak. It also has leaking exhaust gaskets and next to no heat.

Got the new rear main installed, flushed the cooling system, and got exhaust leaks fixed up! Customer is much happier now 😃

2003 6.0 getting some much needed love as winters in the rust belt took there toll!

oil pan along with gaskets all around, coated oil pan bolts and oil cooler, up pipes and manifolds, water pump, diesel rx glow plugs, and some sensors to get this truck back up and running!

This ole LLY got some love with intake, y bridge kit, motor mounts, diesel exhaust manifolds, CTS3 monitor and egt probe. Oh and the head gaskets where replaced with some exotic performance studs and gaskets all around!
