โI never planned on joining a CrossFit gym. I thought it was too hard core for me. I thought the trainers would be screaming in my face things like "Come on . . push harder!" I'm extremely pleased to report that it's nothing like that at Fortify. The trainers go through the workouts at the beginning of class and we warm up together. After that, it's truly self paced and you choose the weights that are right for you. The trainers make sure your form is correct, and are only encouraging and never yelling in your face! So if you have the misconception about CrossFit like I did, please give it a try. I'm so glad I joined a couple of months ago. I look forward to going, enjoy the people there and my body is feeling so much stronger and healthier.โ
