Fitness doesn't need to be an all or nothing.
Small measurable consistent steps are better than burnout.
You can do this!!

With the new year- there are many resolutions being made.

Being healthy is a process that you don't have to go alone.

The new year is fast approaching and we at Fanta-Z Fitness want to remind you:
Health is a long term goal. Take it easy and steady.
Some days fitness and health are getting out of bed.
Other days you'll workout and/or eat better.
But each day we need to love ourselves.

One of the main reasons people fail on their new years resolutions is they go from 0 to 100 overnight.
This doesn't work for most of us.
Small meaningful, reasonable steps are much better than an all or nothing attitude.

Take your time, you got this!!

And come January there will be some new classes at the Greenheck Community Center with Coach Chuck! So stay tuned!

Starting to get into the fall weather, let's get to working out now to prep for the holidays!

There is something immensely enjoyable about ordering your first set of company apparel.

We've been on silent mode for awhile now due to some big changes.

we lost our physical location and had to make some major adjustments. This process has been slow going and we are still looking for a new location.

However!!!
Our trainer: Charles Zoromski "Coach" has been hard at work trying to get our name out there.
In fact he will be starting at the Greenheck Field house in September!
In addition Coach will be a guest from time to time on a new radio program and pod cast!!
Wellness Wednesday will be on 100.5 Wave!
You can listen in on the 13th of September to hear our very own Charles!!
