NTC offers three manufacturing summer camp opportunities for students. Nursing is a longstanding profession, and while the premise of patient care has remained the same, the education and technology continue to evolve.

Northcentral Technical College (NTC) first began offering a nursing program in 1969, and several graduates from the second and third classes recently returned to campus to see all that had changed over the past 50 years.

This morning, NTC welcomed our district's K12 administrators to the Wausau campus for an opportunity to network and tour of state-of-the-art facilities on campus.

NTC staff and faculty gave updates on artificial intelligence (AI), liberal arts course offerings, Industry 4.0 and smart manufacturing, Health 4.0, Agriculture 4.0 and Workforce Training & Professional Development.

Administrators also heard about opportunities NTC offers the districts' K12 students, including dual credit courses, health and welding academies and youth apprenticeships.

NTC Mobile Lab serves rural communities The new CNA Mobile Lab from Northcentral Technical College brings new education opportunities to your local area.

The mobile classroom can travel to a location within NTC's district and is fully equipped for the Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) course.

July is National Culinary Arts Month!

Chef Travis Teska, a culinary arts instructor at NTC, keeps busy in the summer, applying his culinary skills in unique ways. He is the chef for the sunset dinners at Helene's Hilltop Orchard and does food styling for various clients.

This summer, he has also been working with various butchers in preparation for NTC's new Pasture to Plate program.

July is National Culinary Arts Month!

NTC's culinary arts instructors dive into the culinary industry and find unique ways to stay at the top of their game during the summer months.

Chef Brock Decker (left) heads to the Wisconsin State Fair each August as the Grill Master for the Wisconsin Pork Association. This year, Chef Jon Reinke (right) will be joining him on the 11-day adventure, grilling up over 30,000 pieces of pork!

The Regional Forensic Science Center will be a hub for innovation and education ultimately contributing to the enhancement of forensic science and healthcare fields in north central Wisconsin.
