Mayday Dairy Goats
We are a small family farm, raising ADGA registered Nubians (since 1993) .... and as of 2021, registered Lamanchas.
Pair of January born Nubian doe kids seeking new homes.
Two out of a set of triplets out of 514*AA MM Maisie by Foxwood Sequin-Jock Gunsmoke. Bottle fed, friendly, pictures are from their first time on a collar.
Three-00 each or both for five-00; will come with applications for registration (can either do online or with paper application).
Located in Wauseon, Ohio.
š¤¦āāļøš finally made some time to get the January Nubian doe kids out and on a collar for some picturesā¦. And of course Boots didnāt want to be left out of the photo shoot!
All in all though it didnāt go too badly, considering my āphotographerā was my phone in video mode propped up on a tub of kitty litter, it was 90+ degrees out, and the kids all thought I was trying to torture them.

Yearling Lamancha buck looking for work
Mayday Mystery Midnight *B
Heās too closely related to see much use here. I did use him on one doe last breeding season and love the look of the kids.
Tested CAE negative
Located in Wauseon, Ohio
Pending pick up
Pictures of Mayday Mystery Nipster taken this past Saturday while at the Tri-State show.
This friendly and sweet two year old, first freshening Lamancha is still seeking a new address.
She kidded unassisted on May 8th, is used to being milked by hand and machine, and is currently giving 8 #/day.
The whole herd is tested at least annually for CAE, with the last test having been December 2023, and all were negative.
Discount given for 4H/FFA members, and on purchase of multiple animals (also have an April doe kid, dry yearling, milking yearling, and yearling buck available as I try to get numbers within reason prior to breeding season).
Please send all inquiries to the farm page.

Thank you
Budderballs HUO Onyx and Mayday Midnight Mystery just chillinā in a holding pen, enjoying the fan, and waiting their turn to show in ring one at the Tri-State DGA show.
Sweet and friendly milking Lamancha yearling seeking new address because I need to reduce numbers.
Mayday D Sprinkles is a yearling out of Jen-Mae-Ka Kids Devon by Shady Lawn BMark Reddington. She kidded with twins on Memorial Day, and is being milked twice daily (by hand and machine). She is producing 7.5 #/day.
She is a very sweet little doe, very meek, almost too much so as she is at the bottom of the pecking order here. Would be a great 4H doe or home milker.
Whole herd tested CAE negative December 2023.
Located in NW Ohio (Wauseon). Willing to work with transporters.
Discount for 4H/FFA members, also package discounts on two or more (as of 6/14/24, also have a two year old milker, dry yearling, and April doe kid available).
Lamancha dry yearling doe searching for new home because I canāt keep them all.
Located in Wauseon, Ohio
Friendly, easy to handle, tested CAE negative (along with the rest of the adult herd, December 2023). Her twin sister is being retained; on our most recent milk test she produced 7.2 # at 15 DIM.
Cookieās dam is Jen-Mae-Ka Kids Devon (Mint*Leaf Disarrono x Jen-Mae-Ka Kids Frankie). She is in the third picture.
Her sire is Shady Lawn BMark Reddington (Shady Lawn T. Bench Mark x Barnowl Red Joie De Vivre).
I also have a couple other Lamanchas available, package deals available.
Left to right:
Amy: Is it my turn yet??
Mooney: If you arenāt going to feed me, I might as well use you as a rubbing post.
Cookie: Done and over whatever this is.
Pending pick up
Two year old Lamancha doe, in milk available
Located in Wauseon, Ohio
First freshener, kidded unassisted on 5/8 with a single buck kid.
She is producing about a gallon a day; used to being milked by hand and machine, and is well behaved on the stand.
She, and the whole herd, tested CAE negative in December 2023.
Need to make room in the barn and keep the herd manageable (š¤·āāļøcanāt keep them all).
Dam: Jen-Mae-Ka Kids Mystery Date (High-Tor Dharma Initiative x Jen-Mae-Ka Kids Letsmakea Deal)
Sire: J-Havenās SA Avalanche (Heart MT Total Sarcasm x J-Havenās PE TheForce Awakens vs)
SWODGA Youth Show Grand and Reserve Champion Sr Does!
Grand: Heaven Sent FF Mystery (barn name Foxy)
Reserve: Jen-Mae-Ka Kids Devon
*Still have a 2024 buck kid and doe kid available out of Foxy (by Budderballs HUO Onyx), and a dry yearling out of Devon (by Shady Lawn BMark Reddington).
Show prep! One down, one in progress, and four to go
All settled in for the night at the SWODGA show
Purebred Nubian buck kid available
**Motivated to move him. He can go as a wether (125) or a buck (250). Reduced because I need the room in the barn.***
Born March 11th, 2024
Sired by Foxwood Sequin-Jock Gunsmoke
Dam is SG 514*AA ME Moosey 3*M (blue roan/paint), milks over a gallon a day.
He is one of triplet buck kids, and if he wasnāt closely related to every doe here I would be keeping him. He was bottle fed, in the process of weaning him right now. Asking threešļøO, open to reasonable offers. Ready to go anytime.
Also pictured is this buck kidās full genetic three year old sister (514*AA Miss Kitty).
Whole herd tested CAE negative in December 2023.
Located in Wauseon, Ohio (NW Ohio)
I was pleasantly surprised with how well our Lamanchas did a couple Saturdays ago at the Best in the NW (Ohio) show. There were a lot of very competitive does shown.
Jen-Mae-Ka Kids Devon took Grand Champion Sr doe, and Heaven Sent FF Mystery (Foxy) was Reserve Champion.
The two dry yearlings weād brought, Mayday Mystery Moonstone and Mayday D Cookie, were the Grand and Reserve Jr Lamancha does.
Available Lamancha buck/wether, being bottle fed, born 5/8/24
Happy to finally be in the home stretch of this yearās kidding season!
Yesterday (4/21/24) Foxy (registered name Heaven Sent FF Mystery) blessed us with two doe kids and one buck kid, sired by Budderballs HUO Onyx. After getting her cleaned up, she milked out 7.8 # of colostrum. š³
One doe kid is being retained; one doe kid and the buck kid are up for discussion. Preference for show/performance homes and for them to go sooner than later, as I need room for the next batch of kids.
Please message my farm page with any questions. Thanks

From left:
Does 1 & 2 are out of 514*AA MM Maisie.
Does 3 & 4 are out of 514*AA Pokeyās Peggy.
All are sired Foxwood Sequin Jock Gunsmoke.
Doe third from left is retained.
Whole herd tested CAE negative December 2023.
Managed to snap a halfway decent candid picture of one of the January Nubian doe kids. Littermate sister to what is currently my keeper doe kid; out of 514*AA Pokeyās Peggy by Foxwood Sequin-Jock Gunsmoke.

ā¤ļø these three goofy monsters
(L-R: Desi, Boots, Riley)
Itās hard to believe these two furballs are coming up on their second birthdays.
So glad I didnāt listen to myself when Iād told Riley that āwe are not bringing any puppies homeā when weād went to Lawn Dairy Goats (April Hitch) to pick up a buck and some does. š
Hallelujah! Moosey finally released the hostages, šif sheād waited any longer theyād be big enough to pull cartsš.
As it is, these three boys are huge, about a good 9 # each.
Now to try and catch a couple hours of sleep before the alarm goes off. š¤
SOLD
I cannot believe the size difference on these kids!
On the left is a buck kid born yesterday to Coconut, and on the right is Devonās buck kid from Tuesday. Three days difference, both part of a set of twins.
šÆ wow
Devonās buck kid is a monster; tall and long, and with a rump thatās already wider than my hand (easily close to 4ā)!
Planned pedigree for Devonās buck kid attached; he is in the market for a new home.
Couldnāt not share this cute picture of the mother-daughter pair of SG 514*AA ME Moosey 3*M and 514*AA MM Maisie.
2024 Kidding Update:
Still on baby watch for Moosey.
Had one of the does due in March, Jen-Mae-Ka Kids Devon, kid on Tuesday, ended up with a big single buck kid.
Currently have three January born Nubian doe kids available to move to new addresses, and a dry yearling Lamancha.
In an effort to keep the herd size manageable, will be offering most doe kids for relocation. Discounts for purchases of multiple goats and for 4H/FFA members.
Home sick and keeping an eye on Moosey with the barn cameras, couldnāt help but notice that it appears the three bred Lamancha does are all in their separate corners. Not sure if Devon, Foxy, and Nippy did this on their own or if Boots & Desi (our LGDs) put them in timeout. š
Jen-Mae-Ka Kids Devon and
Heaven Sent FF Mystery (Foxy) are bred to Budderballs HUO Onyx.
Mayday Mystery Nipster was exposed to Shady Lawn BMark Reddington, and was exposed to Budderballs HUO Onyx as a backup.
Weāve long since passed January kids, and Iām starting to wonder if sheās even going to kid in time for them to be February kids. š¤·āāļøš
Moosey (blue roan/paint doe on the left) certainly likes to keep me guessing. She had been one of the first does that were marked as being bred, but obviously hadnāt settled and recycled. Regardless, Iām happy to have gotten her bred one last time to Foxwood Sequin-Jock Gunsmoke (as Iād had to sadly make the hard choice to have him put down following a cancer diagnosis).
Planning on retaining one doe kid from the breeding, others will be available. May offer one buck kid, otherwise boys will be wethered to fill market wether requests.
All kids sired by Foxwood Sequin-Jock Gunsmoke.
Available doe kids:
1 doe kid out of Peggy, registration pending (Hard Frost Farm Soulshine x SG 514*AA Pocahontas 1*M) (third picture)
2 doe kids out of 514*AA MM Maisie (first two pictures)
Little hooligans enjoying their move to a bigger pen.
All kids sired by Foxwood Sequin-Jock Gunsmoke.
Available doe kids:
1 doe kid out of Peggy, registration pending (Hard Frost Farm Soulshine x SG 514*AA Pocahontas 1*M)
2 doe kids out of 514*AA MM Maisie
Will post pictures with doe kids identified.
Woot woot! Last three does confirmed bred.
(Less exciting is that my kidding season is going from January until probably the first week of June. š¤¦āāļøšš¤·āāļø)
