Self care is a lot of things. For me, yesterday, it was assisted stretch.

Yes, I could stretch at home and should a lot more, but going into is such a treat. With the assistance of Tracey, the stretches are deeper and more effective than anything I could do on my own. I don’t visit Kika enough but every time that I do, I leave feeling lighter on my feet and totally restored.

The first picture is one of my favorite stretches … because us women carry a lot on our shoulders, right? In this stretch, I swan my arms up and when they come down, Tracey pushes on my shoulders. I could sit in this stretch for the entire 45 minutes, it’s that good!
