Gloria is working Monday/wed/Friday 9am-2:30pm, Maggie is working Tues/Thurs 2:30-5:30pm and Fridays 10:30-2:30. We can all benefit from a postural analysis. You can also schedule online at the link in our bio. Not only are virtual assessments now an option for people who are not in the immediate area, we are adding Restore Online sessions, either weekly or once a month. Stay tuned for more information on that to drop next week.

Hiring a Personal Training summer intern or two to lead exercises for clients during the Total Body Restore session and design and lead personal training sessions. I’m looking for someone who is working toward a BS or MS in Exercise Science, Exercise Phys, Kinesiology, Health Sciences or similar. Hours are M-F, either morning 7am-12pm or evening 3pm-7pm, 10-15 hours a week. This is a part time contract, and pay will be based on experience.
