My body decided it can't make enough of it. This chemical imbalance in your body can cause some pretty dangerous side effects on your mental health. I didn't ask for this, its out of my hands. But what I CAN do is give myself time. To listen to what my body needs, to go through the motions, to sit in quiet, to process, to heal. That's what the last several days have been about for me. It's a process, often painful, but worth it. It gets better. Also- take your damn meds! 🖤

This hammock was such a fun project! It was such a great opportunity to learn new things and gain new skills! I am so appreciative and thankful to be given the opportunity to be trusted with such a task! It was brought to me with a couple of broken ropes, which in turn meant the entire clew had to be redone with new cord. By taking one side apart very slowly and taking many pictures 😅 then finally finding a tutorial that some guy made from dissecting his grandpa's WWII Navy hammock and recreating THAT, I was able to figure it out and get r' done. Wham, bam, thank ya, ma'am! I can confidently say I'm a hammock pro now 💁‍♀️ no big.
