Stunning Transformation on an outdoor seating area!

I will never stop sharing this. This outdoor area was constructed of red cedar wood. The previous owners went with more of a red shade on the whole home.
The new owners had reached out to us to complete their interior and exterior. We were blessed to watch the new colors take a place for them.

This fireplace was a task to complete. It took multiple attempts to get it this way. It is sometimes harder to complete the same task depending on the beginning surface and what we need to do to prepare it to accept the new paint, especially white.
If not prepped properly the fireplace will yellow out on the white, which then just adds on more time to complete the desired look. Preparation is key for success on painting projects.

A few facts about Father's Day

The first event for Father's was in 1908, when a coal-mining collapse killed 362 men and the local church held a Sunday sermon in their memory.

This was a house I loved visiting. It was in a secluded area with narrow curvy roads but beautiful scenery to make up for the roads. The worst part of the whole visit was the downpour rain that hit and I ended up backtracking because I missed the turn. 👏 This home was immaculate and to be able to add to the desired effect they wanted their home to portray was a blessing. This week, we are going over our top questions we've received already this year.
We complete the WHOLE project not just the look of the project. Anything failing, we take the time to replace those boards.
We always recommend waiting at least 48 hours before putting anything back on a stained surface or hanging anything back outside in a 3 season room. It's best to wait 72 hours just to make sure it's completely cured.
We always power wash our decks before sanding to stain them.
We take the time to make sure the WHOLE project is addressed and do not cut around corners to complete early or avoid certain things.

We have a variety of blues shades that we have completed throughout the year. We have plenty of houses that have enjoyed these blue but not just accent walls, but cabinets and doors, as well. I enjoy watching people transform their home with colors.

🌞Exterior Season is upon us!!! 🌞

As much as people like completing smaller exterior projects by themselves. Let us handle the larger ones like decks and whole house repaints.
I can say we are not fan of staining/painting decks in July heat, we still do it because we know what the end result will look like. Way better than before.
Take a look at these photos, they speak for themselves on just how maintenance on your deck plays a big part on how long the deck can stay without detrimental effects from not maintaining it. We've seen some home where the deck hasn't been touched in over 10 years and by that time, you need a new deck.
