Just finished my second hypo pressive session with this beautiful soul – it has been a complete game changer for me!

Aubree Wenning is a Certified Personal Trainer, Level 3 LPF (low pressure fitness), Pre/Postnatal Certified Coach and owner of Centered Fitness

🩵She is helping me prepare for my upcoming hysterectomy utilizing hypo pressive breathing and postural exercises that focus on engaging my deepest core stabilizing muscles and decreasing abdominal pressure.

🖤In other words, she is helping me strengthen my core, practice deep breathing, and build my pelvic floor health and stability. I always feel amazing after our sessions. She helps me remember how to breathe and just be...while feeling strong and empowered at the same time! Pelvic floor health is an absolute must!

So EXCITED that she will begin offering one on one and small group training sessions right here at Authentic Wellness beginning in February. Check out her offerings as part of our winter wellness series- or reach out to her directly for some 1:1 coaching and support.

It was brought to my attention Thursday that per the Colorado Department of Public Health and Education we are required to close the studio immediately and as of now cannot reopen until May 1st.

I am still planning on offering training: either outside, virtual training via Skype, Facetime or Zoom or I can provide in-home workout plans catered to your needs and at home equipment. Outside sessions could be done, weather permitting, as long as there is not a "shelter in place" mandate, which does look like a highly likely possibility.

I hope to continue to work with you for both your physical and mental well-being during this stressful time. Try to do the following daily to keep yourselves sane and healthy:
-exercise
-eat well
-get good sleep
-take mental breaks (either prayer, meditation, a bath, whatever that looks like for you)
-check into essential oils (I can help you with these as well to help with some things we are going through)
-get some projects done that you have been putting off
-read
