Introducing Double Recessie DDH IPA. Put on your protective eyewear, because delicious chemistry has occurred. Similar to a double recessive gene, sometimes a brew combines so perfectly that the outcome astounds us. In this double dry hopped IPA, we chose Nectaron, Azacca, and Ekuanot as our preferred hops, doubling our usual amount, resulting in robust peach and stone fruit notes, along with an abundance of tropical flavors. Then, like mad scientists, we added a Thiolized® yeast strain for an aromatic burst of candy peach rings and apricot. The final result will not disappoint. 6.4% ABV | $20 per 4-pack
