Welcome to Mama Donna's Bakery, a unique local B2B bakery designed specifically to serve upscale hospitality businesses and wholesale food services!

​Mama Donna's Bakery provides high-quality products to meet the needs of a discerning clientele. We offer a variety of artisan baked goods and food products, and specialize in breakfast foods that will support and enhance your brand.

Our wholesale clients include luxury apartment complexes, luxury hotels, college and university cafes, coffeeshops, personal chefs, and other businesses interested in adding fresh, all-natural, and flavorful products to their continental breakfasts, breakfast buffets, grab-and-go or catering menus.

​Our products are baked to order, then packaged and labeled with a complete list of our all-natural ingredients for delivery to your door. Our packaging ensures safe handling, makes for an easy grab-and-go treat, and cleanup is a breeze!

​Baked in small batches, with no added preservatives, we can deliver our products either fresh or frozen without any loss of our signature homemade flavor.

Our specialities are:

- the QuiXant™, our trademarked, signature croissant stuffed with rich quiche filling. The breakfast sandwich taken to a whole new level.

- Filled Croissants - flaky, buttery, light croissants filled with unique and flavorful combinations: Caramel Apples & Brie, Triple Chocolate (a mix of white, dark, and milk chocolates), Mango-Peach with Vanilla Ricotta Cream (a new twist on “peaches and cream”), Strawberry-Rhubarb, French Apple (sweet/tart apple blend with raisins, nuts, and topped with a vanilla glaze)...new flavors added regularly!
