Last week, we got to wine down and smell the rose as we got to network at the Realtor Happy Hour & Affiliate Expo. Hosted by the Tri-County Suburban Realtors group, Heritage Land Transfer got to play hard AND work hard as we sponsored a table and networked with many hard working individuals in the local real estate industry. Penn Oaks Golf & Country Club lifted the spirits of everyone who attended. Cheers and thanks to Tri-County Suburban Realtors group & Anne Marie Matteo for allowing Heritage to drink in the joy of Happy Hour.

I sure have been a social putterfly this year with the golf outings! The Univest Golf Outing was a tee-utiful day by par! The Philadelphia Cricket Club was a great setting that I could just drive right in. Thank you to Jason Sladek & Univest for the stroke of luck by including me in your day!

We were in a Summer State of Mind as the Mortgage Bankers Association of Eastern PA hosted their Summer Trifecta party. There is no better way to Beat the Heat than by catching live music at hotel West & Main. Cheers and thank you to MBA for a fantastic evening. Like Summer time, you make every day feel like a celebration.

I wonder if Logan and Melissa knew they bought their new house on International Fairy Day? Any time you buy a new property, it adds a bit of whimsy to your day. Their realtor, Jesse Sutow of OFC Realty, added a little magic and spread love like pixie dust. Listing Agent, Jackie Cunningham-Hill of BHHS Fox & Road Realtors, added her own sparkle to make the day a bit brighter. When you live life in the fast lane, it’s always fun to take a brake and share an evening with other Lamborghini enthusiasts. It always accelerates my day sharing Lambo Love. After all, life is too short to drive boring cars. Thanks to Lamborghini Philadelphia(RDS Automotive Group)for the invite & thanks to Autograph Brasserie (Fearless Restaurants) for the hospitality.

It was a great match – Golf in support of The Malvern Prep Wrestling team! The tournament was in full swing at the Linfield National Golf Club. Golf to help support a great local team is my cup of tee. I was able to drive right in and raise the par. Golf, like in wrestling, teamwork makes the dream work! Thanks for an un-fore-gettable day!

While Friday was National Monkey Around Day, who has time for that? It was a Bananas way to start our day - with the Commercial/Industrial Marketing Exchange. And you know what’s better than bananas? Donuts and coffee of course! It was a pretty a’glaz-ing meeting of the minds and I hope that everyone had an a-peel-ing morning making great business connections. Thanks so much to everyone that made it out!

Hosted by RMA, the Philadelphia Women in Business Golf Outing and Clinic was a Hole in One! Bluestone Country Club in Blue Bell was a tee-rific course as par as the eye can see. To putt a long story short, whether anyone wanted to be a social putterfly or play 9 holes the event was a par-fect for starting new friend-chips. Events like this definitely raise the par!

Happy Father’s Day to all the Amazing Dads out there.

What a fun and rewarding way to kick off summer! With over 30 chefs from across the country, The Great Chefs Event at The Philadelphia Naval Yard-Urban Outfitters Headquarters proved to be a tasty time. Between the delectable food and auction items, there was something for everyone. In its 16 year, this event has become an amazing supporter of Alex’s Lemonade Stand and aiding the movement to end pediatric cancer. A big thank you to Laurie Fusaro DiCola, Paul Thompson &

Settlement yesterday was Hiss-terical when BHCU Corporation purchased their new property on International Hug Your Cat Day. Their realtor, Zachary Lasorsa of Atlas Realty Advisors was the cat’s paw-jamas to work with and had a great cat-itude. Zachary and Michelle were flip-flopping excited to buy their new home on National Flip Flop Day! Their Realtor, LuAnn McHugh of McHugh Realty Services, was able to do some sole searching and helped her clients find their flip-tastic new home. The listing agent, Scott Gullaksen of Keller Williams Realty, made a splash with his seller and kept them from being strapped down. I wonder if Alexander knew he was buying a new home on National Alligator Day? Either way, working with him sure tipped the scales! Alexander’s realtor, Shane Carey of Alpha Realty Group, sure was able to take a bite out of the competition and help his client find the perfect home.

Once a month the Commwercial/Industrial Marketing Exchange gets together for coffee and refreshments to discuss and collaborate on marketing. Moderated by Tom Walsh of Long and Foster, Envirosure Inc provided the perfect backdrop for this month’s gathering. It is always great getting together to exchange information on the local industry. When friends, coffee and networking are involved, count me in! A big thank you to Joseph Scott McArdle KW for making the event happen.

Cody and Sreelekha had a spectacular day buying a home on Shades Day! The buyers’ agent, Rob Lavecchia of Keller Williams Empower, helped his clients find an eye-catching home! Natalie Abbot of A L Coffman & Son, Inc. had excellent vision with helping her clients sell their home. Brian Powell did a cool job with the financing. We wish many more Sunshine filled days to Cody and Sreelekha and a bright future in their new home.

What better way to celebrate a new home than to buy one on National BBQ Day! Sean was all fired up and became a grilliant addition to his new neighborhood.
Sean’s realtor, Paul Chin of Keller Williams Empower, is a well-seasoned agent and made sure the closing was well done. Isn’t it customary to have pizza when packing and moving into a new home? It’s even better when you buy a home on National Pizza Party Day! Pizza lover or not, Megan and Felicia’s day could not be topped since buying a new home! Kimberly Razzano of Compass Real Estate helped her clients find the right home that stole a pizza their hearts. If we had to express how much we love working with Kimberly, it would get too cheesy. Listing agent, Phillip Voorhees of Keller Williams Real Estate, was absolutely grate to work with and always delivers.
We can’t leave out their lender, Eric Bryce of Guaranteed Rate, Inc. was able to get a slice of the action and helped Megan and Felicia with the loan process. I hope that they were able to Crust the Process because we loved being a pizza the history for Megan and Felicia. Congrats on your new home and have a slice day!

When looking for a home, Dracey and Drake found a pear-fect home for themselves and their furry friend on National Fruit Cocktail Day! Monday was National Apple Pie Day! Brent and Stephanie were so excited when they bought a new home, and it is hopefully the new apple of their eye. Their realtor, Chele Hallman of Realty One Group Exclusive bake the world a better place and shows us the meaning of sweetness. The sellers had ins-pie-ration with their realtor, Alexia Bevilacqua of the Jim Roche team at Keller Williams Empower. Getting to work with everyone in this closing made it feel like it was baked with love. Brent and Stephanie, we are whisking you a slice of happiness in your new home!

Every year, I am more and more humbled that Heritage Land Transfer is being recognized as one of Fidelity National Title’s top producers. On May 9th, we celebrate Make a Book Day! I am sure that Ryan and Yan had more to celebrate than books as they bought a new home! When they worked with their realtor, Peggy Centrella of Patterson Schwartz Hockessin, they were totally on the same page. The sellers were on the write track when they got to work with Vincent Cyr of Real Broker LLC. Both these agents made our jobs feel like a great book we just could not put down and we never had to read between the lines. Congrats to Ryan and Yan and their family as they start a new chapter in their own book!

They say a bad day at the ballpark is still better than a great day at work. While I do love working with our clients, on a beautiful day like today, it’s always a home run to hit a game at Citizen’s Bank Park.
