Calhfa announced a couple days ago that they have about $200 million set aside for Dream For All Program to return.

The program would lend you up to 20% of the sales price. I can be used for down payment and closing costs.

The state essentially partners with you and shares a percentage of the equity (in proportion to their contribution).

Three years ago, I reluctantly took on a portage. and I began to work together.

After struggling with another company for a few months, we sat together and put a plan in place.

He followed the plan and has accomplished some pretty cool things in the last three years- he married the love of his life, had an awesome son, bought his first house and now has a second baby on the way!

The Government raised the Fed Fund rate by .75% today. Mortgage rates have responded nicely, and we saw a bit of an improvement on mortgage rates.

When the government raises the FEd Fund rate, it often helps mortgage rates.

There is a lot of confusion in the world about how this works. I even see it within the real estate community. If your client understands economics, and you are quoting headlines without facts, it can cause you a client.

9 years apart. I always thought I took care of him as a kid, but lately, I’ve come to realize that the things we do as big brothers, often cause some trauma.

I “took care” of my brother the only way I knew how, and unfortunately, I didn’t know a right way to do so.

I pushed some of my hangups onto him, and held him to expectations he didn’t agree to. As we’ve gotten older, I am able to see that my approach may not have been the best way. I can’t change the past, but I love that today, we are closer than ever.

As we heal the traumas of our past, the roles have reversed and I often find him taking care of me!

I am super thankful to the fact that we have started this growth process together and will continue towards a much better way of living! Your original Super Mortgage Bros!

Our children are given to us a blank slate. Like a perfect blank canvas for us to create our masterpiece. Each “stroke of the brush” creates a mark and definitely makes an impact in the final outcome.

The difficulty is that we are untrained “artists” for the most part, and sometimes we make mistakes. We can cover up the mistakes we make, or we can embrace them, and learn to work with them as our masterpiece evolves.

I’ve put some limitations on my kids. I’ve inadvertently set limits that have shaped their personalities and the way they live. As I realize that, I realize I can’t undo what’s done, but I can work on myself in order to continue the parenting masterpiece in a more impactful way.

No matter what my boys choose to do, or how they choose to live their lives, I have shaped them to those choices. All I can do is support them, help them through and ultimately do my very best with the blank slates I was given!
