Reminder that we have the Farewell to Pastor Steve picnic on September 4th! Burgers and brats will be provided. Please bring a dish to share according to your last name:
A-M: lettuce, fruit or veggie salad, fresh fruit, veggies etc
N-Z: sides- baked beans, potato salad, pasta salad , etc.

The moment we've been waiting for is finally here! We are coming back home! It's been an emotionally exhausting journey filled with many ups and downs. Our patience was pushed to the limit. And our capacity for stress was exceeded. But the love for our children kept us focused on the goal and we are within reach of it now. Thank you so much for your prayers and support.
Local friends, we have a request. If you are available, we would love your presence at the Fargo airport to give the children a big warm Midwest welcome. Our flight arrives at 5:40 pm on Thursday, August 22. If a group of you can be there to welcome us back, that would be great.

The next day the crowd that was left behind realized that there had been only one boat, and that Jesus had not gotten into it with his disciples. They had seen them go off without him. by now boats from Tiberias had pulled up near where they had eaten the bread blessed by the Master.

‼️‼️Reminder that the picnic scheduled for this Wednesday, July 31st, has been postponed and will be rescheduled at a later date.

‼️‼️‼️SCHEDULE CHANGE: Due to the demolition of the old church being pushed back, as well as the warm weather forecasted for next week, the decision was made to cancel and reschedule the picnic scheduled for next Wednesday, July 31. We will announce a new date at a later time.

So much fun having the youth who attended Vacation Bible School, join Pastor Steve during worship yesterday! During Bible school the youth learned a song and Pastor Steve invited them to sing it yesterday for the congregation! Thanks again to Heather and Katie for volunteering their time and putting on a wonderful Vacation Bible School week!
The apostles gathered around Jesus and reported to him all they had done and taught. Then, because so many people were coming and going that they did not even have a chance to eat, he said to them, “Come with me by yourselves to a quiet place and get some rest.”

Last day pictures from the National Youth Gathering in New Orleans! Our group participated as communion assistants with worship lead by Bishop Eaton. Please pray for safe travels for all the youth traveling home from New Orleans these next couple days and a very special thanks to Tim and Wanda for chaperoning our group, it looks like they had a wonderful time and awesome experiences!!
