We're counting down the days until , happening on Friday, October 4 at 7:30pm! Over the next 24 days, we'll introduce you to each cadet of the Keepers of the Covenant. But what exactly is a cadet? A cadet is a member of The Salvation Army in training for officership at the College for Officer Training - USA Eastern, preparing to lead and serve in communities around the Eastern Territory. Today, twenty-three accepted candidates and their children began their journey at CFOT! The new session received prayers from the Champions of the Mission session, CFOT officers, and staff. The incoming cadets were warmly welcomed, registered, and helped with moving into their residences for the next 22 months. Please join us in praying for these Keepers of the Covenant as they embark on this new chapter and keep their children in your thoughts as they adjust to these changes and experiences within the CFOT community.

We were honored to attend the farewell for Accepted Candidate Yailyn Cordero from The Salvation Army Tarrytown Corps. Yailyn is now ready to start her journey at the College for Officer Training - USA Eastern.

We had the honor of attending the farewell for Accepted Candidate Yolmina Saint Lot from The Salvation Army New York Temple Corps. Yolmina is now prepared to begin her journey at the College for Officer Training - USA Eastern.

Accepted candidates from the Puerto Rico and Virgin Islands Division at USE Trade for their uniform fitting before the College for Officer Training.

On this Juneteenth, we gather in unity and prayer to honor the end of slavery in the U.S. With hearts full of gratitude, we remember the resilience and strength of those who came before us. The Salvation Army stands with our community in commemorating this significant day.

Today, we celebrate and show our appreciation for all dads and father figures, recognizing their guidance, joy, and the hope they bring to our families, churches, and communities. May God bless you as you have blessed us!
