**Insurance Customer Service Representative**

Looking for an energetic, passionate, and organized individual for an incredible opportunity with a growing Farm Bureau Financial Services Agency. This Customer Service Associate position will support the Agent servicing the Sioux Center area and includes the following responsibilities:
• Respond to and resolve customer service requests in a prompt, efficient and courteous manner
• Conduct outbound calling to current clients for appointment scheduling
• Complete necessary filing and office upkeep
• Offer multiple levels of administrative support
• Complete office communication with clients and outside partners in a professional manner
• Track external communications in CRM
• Perform other duties as assigned

Getting licensed will be required.

Associates degree or equivalent relevant experience preferred. Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook required. Strong customer service and public relations skills are also necessary.
