“Motivate yourself, look at motivators, look for motivation, create motivation ...” - you hear and see these and other similar nonsense everywhere, where there is a place for laziness and inaction.
Organizations want to motivate employees to increase sales, motivate customers to make (often unnecessary) purchases, parents motivate children to study well, and so on. Motivation is everywhere. Some of my acquaintances go to business and sales trainings for the sake of motivation, so that they are "recharged" there.
