— I was invited by to speak about my journey building Inoki and how this company saved me from a downward spiral of neglecting my well-being
— We travelled to the west coast to attend several conferences and trade shows for the first time to understand the retail space better and source tea (thanks to the Small Business Fund by .five and )
— Made a new small business friend, Lisa, who is the founder of (we finally met at the Tea Expo)
— For the first time, we hired a professional product photographer to completely redo the photography on our website

is a Breathwork and Somatic Therapist based out of London, UK. She has extensive experience guiding individuals back into connection with their bodies and true selves through breathwork and somatic therapy. Having worked through her own acute post-traumatic stress symptoms and auto-immune issues alongside her training, she deeply understands the workings of trauma and the nervous system. Want to process emotions and trauma for your mental and physical wellbeing? By the end of this class, you will feel clear-headed and grounded, with basic tools to centre your mind and body in times of stress.

Our team is planning to work the next 7 days straight to make new baths and fulfill orders. I’m anxious that a lot of new orders we are coming in right now won’t arrive by Christmas because shipping carriers can be so unreliable during the holidays but I will do everything I personally can to get your orders out as fast as possible.

I created our Mountain Fog when I experienced difficulties with getting a good night’s rest. I created this blend by first imagining a dream would visually look like - for me, that looks like a gentle white fog atop a quiet mountain. I then imagined what that fog would smell like and I thought of the sweet scent of Milk Oolong.
