With a 10-year track record of success in trainer development, programming, and community building, acquiring Fhitting Room will allow us to offer the best possible boutique fitness experience. Additionally, joining forces with Fhitting Room’s deep bench of talent will strengthen our organization and help us execute our vision.

Research has discovered that listening to music while working out distracts people from pain and fatigue, elevates mood, motivates and can increases endurance.
So what are you listening today? (Drop a song in the comments).
Stretch your quads! It is a common to stretch these muscles as part of a warmup or cool down, especially for lower-body workout routines as well as cycling, running, and yoga.
Hold the stretch for at least 30 seconds on each leg and deepen the stretch slowly and carefully. Avoid stretching beyond your normal range of motion.
Take the time to stretch, your muscles will thank you!

"Fitness has always been my release and a major strategy used to protect my mental health and well-being. As a healthcare worker, I have spent my entire career in ICU/critical care. I became accustomed to having to encounter stressful life/death situations. The ongoing pandemic has had an unprecedented impact on the healthcare system, and, in particular on the mental health & well-being of many healthcare workers on the frontline. Many of us have experienced elevated psychological distress, burnout and increased risk of stress, anxiety and depression. Fitness has allowed me to be able to manage these high levels of stress in more constructive ways and be able to show up and provide the best quality of care for my patients."
