Routine

Hey friends, happy Monday!! 👊

I hope you had an amazing weekend and are ready to put in the work this week to make your goals and dreams that much closer to becoming your reality!

This week I want to dive deep into your ROUTINE! 📈

I want to be intentional about auditing our routines and really digging in to find what things we may be doing that are holding us from our goals.

It’s so important to take time and actually audit our routine as unknowingly we may have routine habits that are not serving us and actually holding us back. 😳

Being creatures of habit, we can sometimes create habits that we don’t even realize.

My challenge to you is to find 30 mins this week to audit your routine.

Look over your day, your week, and how you go through them. What routine habits need to be adjusted and then let’s make them!

Get your routine dialed in to set yourself up for success! ✅

When it’s routine, it’s a no brainer, and when your routine is dialed in for success…results just happen!! ❤️🔥

We are looking for a high-energy, passionate, health and fitness focused individual to join our team of coaches at Westborough Fit Body Boot Camp. We refer to our coaches as FIRE BREATHING DRAGONS who are on a mission to inspire fitness and change lives every day! ! 🔥🔥🐉🐉

We are Currently Hiring for:

-Interns with the potential to work full-time as a coach
-Part-Time (20+ hours/week)
-Starting Salary: $15+/hour

Do you have these qualities of a GREAT fitness coach?

-Comfortable addressing and leading large groups (15+ people)
-Comfortable on a Microphone

Responsibilities Include, but not limited to, the following:

-Develop deep client relationships
-Coaching 30-Minute Group HIIT Sessions
-Design and develop workouts and programming
-Demonstrating Exercises/Movements
-Correcting Form and Modifying Movements
-Motivating Clients to Challenge Themselves
-Client Engagement and Follow Up
-Providing and Receiving Feedback
-Participation and creation of coaching, marketing, and awareness content for use on social media to motivate and encourage members and prospects
-Basic Administrative Tasks (phone calls, emails, social media, ect.)
-Basic Janitorial Duties (vacuum, sanitize, trash out, ect.)

Coaching Schedule

We are currently looking for a coach that can work 20+ hours per week. Due to the nature of client schedules, we offer early morning and later afternoon sessions. Coaches are required to work split shifts (mornings and evenings) during scheduled shifts Monday - Fridays. During the weekends, we only offer morning sessions.

Morning Coaching Shift - 5:15 AM - 10:15 AM

Afternoon Coaching Shift - 3:30 PM - 7:30 PM

Saturday Coaching Shift - 8:00 AM - 11:15 AM

Sunday Coaching Shift - 9:30 AM - 12:00 PM

Preferred Credentials (not required)

Although beneficial to be accredited by nationally recognized fitness programs (such as: ACE, NASM, ACSM, ect.) it is not a requirement for the position.

Fit Body Boot Camp provides its own certification program to be assigned and completed within 30 days of being hired. We can teach the training/exercise science behind Fit Body Boot Camp but we cannot teach Positive, Upbeat Energy and Enthusiasm, a Desire to Help Others, or a Passion for Fitness.
