Meet brother and sister Nick & Tanzen! They have been members since 2023 and joined because Tanzen missed intense workouts with a big group, and Nick wanted to help his sister find a place she felt comfortable working out in!

Ian joined Orangetheory as a founding member of OTF Sudbury 🇨🇦 in 2021. Despite undergoing a challenging surgery, he never gave up hope of returning to his favorite workout. Throughout his recovery, OTF Sudbury kept him connected and feeling like a valued part of the orange family. Beaming with joy as he handed over his medical note, Ian was cleared to take classes again! Ian truly embodies our mantra of More Life. Welcome back to the Orange Zone, Ian! 🧡

She is doing Push30 for the first time to help her build consistency over time and stay accountable during the summer! Meet Tanya, the dedicated ICU nurse tackling 12-hour shifts. Recognizing the importance of mental health amidst the grueling hours, she turns to OTF for rejuvenation and resilience.
She says, "People make jokes about how Orangetheory can be ‘Orangetherapy.’ And for me, that rings true! Whether I’ve had a stressful shift or have a stretch of days off, you can find me at a studio for my mental reset. Between the high energy, welcoming environment, and being surrounded by friends, those 50-60 minutes are always able to bring me back to center so I can be the best version of myself!"
