We’re so excited to have Sheri join our amazing team of instructors! 🔥🔥

Sheri has been a fitness enthusiast since she started dance and gymnastics classes at age 4. She began attending Jazzercise classes with her mother a few years later and fell in love with all things fitness. As a junior in high school she stopped practicing gymnastics to start coaching and coached compulsory level gymnastics throughout high school and college at Ohio State. She is currently a Spanish teacher in Columbus City Schools and loves when you ask her questions about the language.
In addition to fitness and Spanish, Sheri loves to travel and has visited over 30 countries and enjoys taking yoga classes all over the world. She completed her 200-hour yoga teacher training on the Island of Tenerife, Spain where she deepened her knowledge and passion for yoga, enjoyed living in a yurt, and made lifelong friends.
