Regis mourns the loss of friend Jack Connors, an individual who embodied a core value of the university, serving the Dear Neighbor without distinction. A tireless advocate for those in the greatest of need, Jack received an honorary Doctor of Laws degree from Regis in 2018.
Among his many contributions to the university and its students, Jack often served as the emcee for the Regis Let it Shine Gala that raises hundreds of thousands of dollars each year to support student scholarships.
Thanks to Jack’s efforts and a full-tuition scholarship in his name, countless Regis students were provided financial resources to pursue their dream of earning a college degree from Regis.

Our thoughts and prayers go out to the Connors family and all who he touched with kindness and generosity.

Regis students have many opportunities to study abroad, including at the Ulster University in Northern Ireland.

Last week, students from Ulster visited the Regis campus as part of our study abroad agreement, where students are able to receive a hands on learning experience in their field of study. During their stay, the Ulster students enjoyed a Revolution soccer game at Gillette Stadium.

Warm weather on campus calls for hanging out in the quad hammocks.

Meet Arpan, ’22, who graduated with a BS in biology with a minor in exercise science.

“Regis has shown me that when you surround yourself with the right people, you’re able to achieve your goals. My experience with being a member of the men’s lacrosse team at Regis was just that. The relationships I built with my coaches and teammates over my four years of playing prepared me to handle any adversity that was thrown at me in the classroom, on the field, and beyond. More importantly, this experience allowed me to become a well-rounded PA school applicant and get accepted to Northeastern’s PA program directly out of undergrad. I plan to work as a PA in orthopedic surgery and emergency medicine upon completing the program at Northeastern.”

Today, Regis celebrates , a day that recognizes the importance and impact that higher education has on students.

At Regis, students like Christina Nazario, ‘24, have the opportunity to see the world while earning a degree.

Christina, a Biology major on a Pre-Veterinary track, spent the spring semester studying in Barcelona, Spain to finish her degree. She graduated just a few weeks ago as part of .

“Going overseas to study in Barcelona was one of my biggest goals as an undergraduate student,” said Christina. “I knew it would be an experience that I will carry with me forever. I met so many amazing people, learned from every place I visited and made countless memories that enriched me as a person.”

Meet Madeline ’24, who graduated with a BS in Exercise Science. She will continue her academic journey at Regis by studying for her MS in Occupational Therapy.

“Regis prepared me for life after graduation by providing hands on learning both in and out of the classroom. Through my experience I have gained insight to diverse perspectives that have enhanced my outlook on a variety of subjects. Over the course of my time at Regis I have developed invaluable skills such as critical thinking, problem-solving, and communication which are vital for navigating any career.”

Meet Samuel, ’23, a graduate of the Adult Geriatric Nurse Practitioner (AGNP) program at Regis.

“Regis's tailored education in the Adult Gerontology Nurse Practitioner (AGNP) program has significantly prepared me for my future role as a nurse practitioner. The blend of didactic learning and hands-on clinical experiences has provided me with a comprehensive understanding of the distinctive healthcare needs of older adults. The academic curriculum at Regis is expansive, encompassing advanced health assessment, pharmacology, and evidence-based practices specific to geriatric populations.”
