Topping off the week with this fun commission. I’ve done this design a few times (swipe to see some past pieces), each time a little different! For this iteration, I worked with the collector on color selection and we discussed refining the lines for a more tailored design. 🩶

Details…. A combination of acrylics and inks helped me to achieve varying color depths and translucencies across the canvas. This piece strikes the perfect balance between brightness and softness for me. 🤍

Happy weekend! I’m itching to paint another piece in this style— these take hours in the studio because I work with wet layers of paint to achieve the look I want; but the end result is always worth it! What color palette would you like to see??

Just a snap of my powder room— it may be the smallest space in my home, but small spaces can still have big impact.
This grasscloth paper featuring my favorite shade of blue makes me so happy, and the crisp white below it feels clean and refreshing. I honestly love being in here. 🙃Don’t overlook those tiny spaces! They’re often the perfect place to take a risk and, while small, they contribute to the larger narrative of a home.
