"Hey my brothers and sisters out there! I am so excited in order to be in Chicago from the 12th to the 14th in the Multiply Summit and it’s going to be wonderful; I know that God is always faithful, he will be there; God will show up and we are expecting that we will learn from each other and the kingdom will expand. I‘m encouraging you to please attend the Summit because it’s gonna be a wonderful blessing. Thank you!"
The 2018 Multiply DMM Summit had a big impact on my life that continues to this day! I learned key factors of tremendous movements that are taking place in the world today in some of the traditionally hardest to reach cultures of the world. I was also able to follow up the Summit by connecting with like-minded believers in a small group that has met regularly to not only learn further, but also to APPLY the principles we were learning. Through that group, God provided several additional opportunities for me to engage with people who are on my heart to serve; those who are from cultures that have little gospel presence. I highly recommend this summit for anyone who wants to see the world reached with the gospel! - Alvin

Who We Are
The people organizing this conference are a loose cohort of disciples making disciples called the Ephesus Catalytic Partnership. We meet monthly to pray, strategize and learn from each other. We are connected to others around the world with a similar vision for their cities, peoples, countries. We do not seek to create a new brand, organization or even network. Rather, our goal is to see movements happen in Chicagoland—especially among new immigrants and UPGs here—like what happened in Acts 19. According to Acts 19:10, “this went on for two years, so that all the Jews and Greeks who lived in the province of Asia heard the word of the Lord.” This meant that an incredible 12-15 million souls heard the gospel within a two-year period! How was that possible?
We believe that this was only possible for Paul and his team as it is for us today: not just by proclaiming the gospel message, nor by mass media or even viral evangelism, but by multiplicative, indigenous, simple-church planting. As Trinity Evangelical Divinity School Professor Craig Ott writes in Global Church Planting (Baker, 2011), this didn’t happen by Paul doing all the work himself, but “rather [the amazing results] were most likely the fruit of a dynamic church-planting movement launched from Ephesus” (p. 25).
This is the heart cry of our Ephesus partnership and our motivation for this conference. Following this conference, the Ephesus partnership will be launching DMM trainings all over the city to help you/your church/your organization make disciples in a way that leads to healthy, multiplying churches in every segment. “Oh Lord, may it be so again, here and now, like in Acts 19!”
