Come improve your conditioning with my boxing classes. What makes my classes different from other classes? I'm always adding on to our combos and we're never stationary in my classes. I treat it like real boxing but I still give my members what they want. If you want better results then try my 1on1. When I coach 1on1 it's pure boxing, you'll have to keep up with me and you'll have someone mimicking an actual opponent "without the sparring".
