How to prepare for Laser Hair Removal Part TWO ⚡️

Retinol is one of my favorite products to use, but you must stop using one week before laser (face) and resume one week after.

Exfoliating 2-3X a week is a key component to the hair removal process, and can begin one week post laser.

Wear loose, or less restrictive clothing, especially for Full Body or multiple area sessions.

Come ashy. Yep, you read that right. No lotion, oils, bronzers, glitter or butters. Do not wear anything that shines or leaves a residue on the skin. Deodorant however, is always fine with me. 😄

How to prepare for Laser Hair Removal Part One ⚡️🧠📝

Stop all hair removal methods for areas you plan to treat. This includes: waxing, threading, plucking, tweezing, etc..

Shave all areas you plan to treat the day/ evening before your scheduled appointment.

Avoid excessive sun exposure. We all have regular sun exposure daily. Excessive is direct sunlight for hours pre and post laser treatments. 🔥🚫

Photo (light) sensitivity is a side effect caused by most Antibiotics.

How To Prepare for Laser Hair Removal ⚡️Part One ⚡️Read Below 👇🏽

Stop 🚫 all other methods of hair removal (i.e. waxing, tweezing, electrolysis) at least 3-4 weeks prior to treatment and in between sessions.

Make sure to clean shave 🪒 all treatment areas the day before your treatment. Preparation is key for optimal results each session.

Avoid excessive🔥 sun exposure 2-3 weeks before and after treatment. Key word, 𝘦𝘹𝘤𝘦𝘴𝘴𝘪𝘷𝘦. Treatments can still be administered during the summer.

Avoid the use of antibiotics💊 2 weeks before treatment. I’ll explain more in my course 😊
