Enduring Grace Coffee

Fresh roasted specialty coffee. craft micro small batch roasting

06/30/2022

I'll be doing another round of Dominican Republic Ramerez estate certified organic Red Catuura washed process coffee available. All proceeds go to the movement church world missions team Dominican Republic Projects. Let me know if you want ground or whole bean. $20 a bag. I've had good reviews from last batch and I think it's pretty good.
I'll probably have about 10 or so bags ready for the weekend unless there's more demand (i have 25lbs green available) I'll probably have most of it ground but if you have grinder and want whole bean let me know. Also if you prefer a darker roast I can do that as a custom order but the big batch will be med roast.

Things have been a little slow on the coffee side of life we've been busy with family stuff and of course working on the Railroad all over Gods creation. Also had some trouble with our power last week so that put the coffee roasting on hold for a bit. But we're about to get back into the swing of things again. I have some exciting news we have a New arrival to enduring grace coffee. May i introduce Murna (we name everything around here) Murna is my late Grandma McBurney's name,
My new (to me ) Grind Master comercial coffee grinder. Ive been wanting one for several years and It is literally a answer to prayers. It will grind a pound of coffee beans in one minute flat vs over 10min with my home baratza encore grinder. It will keep me from saying bad words when someone orders ground coffee lol. I got an excellent deal on it I got it for $100 , that's 1/10 of the cost of a new one equivalent. You can find them used for 400- 600 depending condition etc. I just hadn't found the right deal at right time until now. I just happened to see it on Facebook market as i was going to be going through tulsa later that day. The lady said Jesus loves you as i left ( i new it was ment to be) .
I also was able to aquire a 2nd behmore 2000ab roaster a few weeks ago that allows me to double my production when roasting, that saves a lot of time when I do big orders. Everything is moving slow but coming along nicely. Next goals are to get LLC and licenses to get legal and get a pop up tent setup so I can do events and markets or set up on corner somewhere lol. Thanks for supporting the journey lots of things to come. I'm coming home tomorrow and will be roasting my regular offerings Go-Go juice, Tanzania Peaberry, Ethiopian yirgacheffe, an Columbian and several others. Also i will be doing another round of organic Dominican Republic coffee for missions trips at church. Gods Enduring Grace is great. Have a blessed week.

We will be doing a fundraiser for my church missions team. The movement church world missions team has been working on projects in the Dominican Republic. Dominican Republic is very well known for some fantastic coffee. I thought it would be really neat to roast some Dominican coffee and sell some for the missions team to help fund some of their projects. I'm going to roast about 50lbs this go around. If their is more demand, we might do another round if all goes well. I'm a very small time roaster with limited capacity and limited availability as far as time goes. I travel for 9 days and home for 5 every other week, so for now, I will commit to doing 10lbs every time I'm home unless I can crank out more. So we'll take pre orders now and get them first come, first serve. Coffee offered is a Dominican Republic certified organic Ramerez estate washed process. The variety is Red Catuura. The roast level will be medium. I can offer whole bean, and I can offer ground as well, but I do not have a commercial grinder yet, so if you have a coffee grinder or can get one, that would be best. Fresh ground coffee is better anyway and will showcase the flavors of this fantastic bean the best. We will offer 1 size 12oz bags for $20. All proceeds go to The Movement Church World Missions Team. This will go fast for sure, so get on the list.

We got new bags and a bag sealer this weekend. Looking into stamps or labels or combo of both. Also looking into better options right now on bags. I'll be roasting a couple of last-minute orders today. I leave tomorrow afternoon for work for 8 days so if you need some let me know I can squeeze in a few more before I leave. If you don't get it from me there are several good roasters in town. Life's is to short to drink bad coffee. Have a blessed day

Today is my my last day for the week at work. I'll be home for 6 days, so I plan on lots of roasting. Get your orders in for the weekend. Here are the offerings this week. $7 8oz bags unless specified differently.

GoGo juice ( a high caffeine blend) is really great with cream or in iced coffee. with cream is my favorite preparation with this one.
Availability is about 10lbs

Tanzania peaberry. My all-time favorite and a fan favorite. Availability 5lbs

***Decaffeinated Colombian royal select mountain water process. This ain't your grandma's decaf. This actually stands alone as a good coffee even without most of the caffeine.

Guatemala blue ayarza. I love this coffee, but I haven't got it perfected yet, so I will offer tasters club special at $5 8oz bag.

I'm also playing around with some others I have small quantities of.

I'm in the process of sourcing and researching some ethiopian and other fruity and floral coffees for all you light roast fans.

I'll be putting a order for green coffee this week, so let me know if there is something special you wanted to try.

Edit** also have 5 lbs Decaffeinated available.

So a bunch of you got invited to this page. So, what's the deal? First and foremost, we believe in Jesus Christ and try to honor him in everything we do. I have been blessed by the enduring grace and never-ending love of God more than I deserve. The youngest coffee lover in my family, sophie happens to have the middle name grace, so the name honors both God and her. We believe in acting in love and kindness, compassion, and love. showing God's grace through all things, even sharing good coffee.

For now, this is a hobby/ learning the craft of small batch coffee roasting. I love all things coffee and all the methods of preparations, the history, art, and science, as well as the togetherness this brings and just enjoying the flavors and delicious goodness of this drink.

We try to source freshly harvested coffee beans from ethical fair trade farms and distributors. I will be giving away small 2 oz samples on a first come, first serve basis when available. These samples will mostly be of our signature high caffinated blend called GoGo juice. We will also try to roast some of our favorite specialty and try new origins and producers or distributors. If there is something you want specifically, let know, and I'll try to source it and see if it makes sense. The $? For now, samples are free to do some research and development. This is not your Foldgers and is not cheap. My lowest cost of green coffee is $5-$6 a lb, and the average for some of the more specialty coffees can be over $10 for green, and it's going up as we speak I'm not sure how to price it as I am not a professional, and I'm not roasting on a professional machine. I'm roasting on a mid level home roaster and can only roast 8 oz - 1lb at a time. But I've been getting some decent results that I think are worthy of sharing. We will just see where this goes. Share some coffee and kindness with others.
God bless

Story time. Go-Go juice ? What's that ? It will be the signature bold high caffeine blend. It is a blend of a few different varieties to give that bold traditional coffee taste. The name? Well, the name comes from around 32 - 33 years ago when I was introduced to coffee as a young boy of the age of 7-8 or so. I would go to my papa's office with my dad in the mornings and on weekends to clean. There was always a pot of coffee on, and most of the adults were drinking it. I wanted so much to be like my papa and my dad. I asked to try some. I was told no several times before my papa finally gave in, but there were exceptions if I wanted the go-go juice ( as he called it at least with me ) , "you can't have any of that frufru stuff " meaning sugar and cream that i had to drink it black . I'm sure he thought I wouldn't like it, and well, I probably didn't at the time, but I sure wasn't going to let them know that because I was one of the big boys now. Over the years, I began to explore different types of coffee, all the brewing methods, and the history of it, along with the culture of the modern-day coffee shop. While I do enjoy some cream once in a while, I usually don't put any of that" fru fru stuff " in my "go-go juice."
