The festival celebrates a story about a prophet called Ibrahim. Ibrahim had been told by Allah that he must sacrifice his son Ismail to prove his faith to Allah. Every year, Muslims celebrate Eid ul Adha to remember Ibrahim's loyalty and obedience to Allah above all others.

ELECTION ANNOUNCEMENT:

First off, we would like to thank everyone who was part of the team last fiscal year. It was an honor working with you guys and hope you all find success in your future endeavors. This year PSA Executive Board has changed the format for elections. As per the new format, I would like to congratulate our new PSA Wichita State Cabinet members for 2019-2020. The new cabinet will have a President, Vice President, Treasurer and General Secretary. For more information about the new cabinet and it’s working visit our shocker sync page and have a look at the new constitution. Here’s to new beginnings and a fresh start. Hope serving the students and the community with more enthusiasm.
