Blueberries and sugar simmered to a near syrup like consistency, blended into classic smoky bbq sauce and slow cooked for 6 hours.
Turned out awesome! Especially delicious on our smoked Turkey. Just a special for now but depending on popularity it might come back to stay.
Yesterday we had a line from before open until an early sell out! Today it’s 11:30 and NO LINE at all!! Talk about unpredictable!

One more quick reminder that this week is our last week of the year! We are booked for holiday orders but the restaurant will be open for its usual lunch hours from 11-2 Wednesday through Saturday. This coming Saturday the 23rd will be the last day for us in 2023!
