Please be in prayer for our sweet Goron and his family. Yesterday around 4:20pm Gina left us to be with our Lord and Savior. She left very peacefully surrounded by most all of our family. Blessed be the name of the Lord!!!

I have so enjoyed being the Sports Director for the past three years. God has called me to move into full time children’s ministry here at Central. I pray we continue to see you around this area playing sports and building relationships. Thank you for allowing me to be with you and run the race!

Please be in prayer for Natalie who was leading the Sports Program in Guatemala. She and others in the ministry had to be let go because of this virus! Please pray for her family and the ministry of Inn Ministry. They are in our hearts and minds!

Upward Basketball was a little crazy the first week but by the end of the games coaches, kids, scorekeepers, officials and parents were catching on to why we do it this way. It makes a difference! It matters not who wins but how we serve! Kids matter to God. Serving others with Love.

We found out some very sad news of one of our Men’s basketball league officials, Ryan Hujing, who passed away last night! Please be in prayer for his family! He was a great one! Always had a smile on his face!

Volunteer Help needed! We need help with two Concession helpers in the afternoons and four score table people for 9:00, 10:15, 11:30, 12:45, 2:00, and 3:30 games! March 7th-May 2nd every Saturday except March 14th. Please contact Tina Nickel at [email protected] or 688-4400 ext 1218.

Central Christian Church is excited to have 5th and 6th grade basketball again this year. They play full court and it's exciting to see how much they benefit from playing even after season.

Miss Tina Schremmer: From the bottom of our hearts, we want to thank you, for the support you gave us through the sport program, so that we would be able to work this year. It has been a challenging year, with trials, and hardships, but even through all of that, God has been faithful. He open doors in different communities to bring His Word to the kids, youth and teenagers, using the sports. Nowadays, we’re working in four different communities, with a total of 100 children. We have been able to gather families together after church services on Sundays to play Volleyball, soccer or basketball. We were also able to run a volleyball tournament, with different teams with people from our town, San Cristobal. Everything and everyone we have reached has been all for His Glory. And we know that we can reach even more. For 2020 we would like to keep working and reach the youth. With the experience we got from this year. We want to perform in a better way. We already started to plan for next year, we know that we’re going to face challenges. One of them is to be able to find more Volleyball, soccer, and basketball’s balls, trophies, uniforms, etc. Once again, thank you for your help this year, we would like for you to continue to pray for us, for the kids that God Will place in our sport program, and if by any chance you can help us in any other way, it would mean a lot.
