It's our 51st Riverfest! WFI Staff is so excited to see you this year, June 2nd -10th! It takes thousands of people working tirelessly for many hours to bring our events—especially Riverfest—to life. Individual volunteers assist with every aspect of the festival from manning a barricade location for the parade, or for our Fidelity River Run, putting together mailings, selling buttons, selling food court tickets, helping with merchandise and many other tasks before, during and after the festival. Many civic and community organizations provide teams of volunteers who support Riverfest with their time and talents. Their assistance is invaluable in making Riverfest a success! Volunteers who sign up and work 4 shifts or more will be entered into drawings for VIP Tickets to Shaggy, Parker Millsap, and Parmalee! You will also have the chance to win Riverfest merchandise, gift certificates, hotel stays, Visa gift cards and more! Sign up today! We have 2 Orientations to choose from: Thursday, May 25th at 6:30pm and Saturday, May 27th at 1pm. Wichita Festivals staff, Kathryn Ewing, German Andrade and Jenny Venn have had the great privilege of mentoring Mission Blue creators Bella & Kennady over the last many months through their Valley Center High School DECA program. We are SO PROUD of how they've pulled this event together and how big their hearts are. WAY TO GO, ladies!! 💙💙

We're excited to celebrate Mission Blue, an event empowering women. Join us on the show now as we introduce USD #262-Valley Center Public Schools students Bella and Kennady, who've help craft the event. It's at The Monarch from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. Saturday.
