Low Cut Connie makes big screen debut with ‘Art Dealers’ Low Cut Connie's Adam Weiner cut his musical teeth playing in dive bars. It was there that he met many of the people who have informed his songs. He adds that fans sometimes tell him they identify with those characters and he couldn't be happier.
