Friday is burger day at PIPO and returning this week is the Old Fashioned burger which is the same 1/2 pound ground in house brisket patty topped with two slices of melted American cheese as the PIPO and Pyro burgers but topped with lettuce, tomato, and red onion to add some freshness to beat the Summer heat!

Don’t worry the PIPO and Pyro burgers are available too so get them while you can from 11-1:30 or when we sell out!

We grind our own burgers from the same
Creekstone Farms briskets we use every day here in the restaurant. The ground beef is then hand formed into 1/2lb patties that are well seasoned with our burger rub. The patties then spend time on our smoker and are then seared over oak coals. The burgers get two slices of melted American cheese and are finished with our special recipe burger sauce, smoked and grilled onions, and pickle slices all between a butter toasted Martin's potato roll.

The ghost pepper cheese for the Pyro burger is still out of stock so the Backyard burger is available again this week. The Backyard burger replaces PIPO burger sauce with mustard and ketchup. Also grilled jalapenos will be available for both burger options.

Get a single for $10 or $14 with a side and a 20oz drink and if you’re brave enough to try a double you can add a patty for $5 more.

Friday is burger day at Pig In! Pig Out! and this week we’ll have the original PIPO burger but the Pyro burger is on pause for a couple of weeks while we wait for our ghost pepper cheese to be available. In its place we will have a slightly different version of the PIPO burger… the Backyard PIPO burger. Instead of our burger sauce it will be dressed with mustard and ketchup (I personally have enjoyed having one like this the last two weeks). Also we’ll add the option to add jalapenos or our spicy version of the burger sauce to either burger.

And… we’re going to try a limited roll out of our Nashville hot chicken breast sandwich. We start with a big 10oz chicken breast seasoned with our Nashville hot rub. The seasoned breast is then smoked and covered in our Nashville hot sauce and seared over a hot grill to juicy perfection. The breast then gets topped with bread and butter pickles and Alabama white sauce slaw and served between butter toasted buns. Get this sandwich for $10 and add a side and a drink for only $4 more.

These are jumbo legs are seasoned with our own Nashville hot style rub and smoked until juicy, tender perfection. The legs are then tossed in our own special Nashville style hot sauce and go back on the smoker for a little longer. They’re loaded with flavor and yes they do bring the heat (but not too hot). Also included on the side is PIPO made Alabama white sauce and bread and butter pickles to complete the flavor explosion.

Tomorrow, Friday 3/29, is the last Friday this year for our Lenten salmon special but on the bright side it’s not the last Friday for PIPO burgers! For salmon we’ll have the black cherry chipotle, Cajun, and lemon pepper varieties. For burgers but the PIPO burger and the Pyro. Order early so you don’t miss out!

We’ll have both the original PIPO burger and the Pyro while supplies last. As always the patties are freshly ground from the same Creekstone Farms briskets we use daily. Each patty is seasoned with our burger rub and smoked and then seared over oak coals.

We’ll also have lemon pepper, Cajun, and black cherry chipotle smoked salmon for our customers needing a Lenten option. Order early so you don’t miss out!

Rueben burgers were a hit today and since we had some extra corned beef we could grind into burger we’re doing a limited run of them for a Saturday lunch special as well! First come first serve so don’t miss out!

PIPO has finally gone live with an online ordering and delivery service! We abstained for a long time because of the fees charged by most services as we didn’t want to pass that expense on to our customers.

Luckily we were approached by Chow Local and we have chosen to go onboard with their platform. With Chow Local the restaurant pays no commission nor hidden fees nor are there a bunch of fees tacked on to the customer.

We’ve held onto this burger idea for a couple of months now just so we could do it the Friday before St. Patrick’s day (3/15)… introducing the PIPO Rueben burger. Just like our other burgers this patty is ground in house but instead of regular brisket we are grinding corned beef for the half pound patties. The patties are then seasoned pastrami style and are smoked and then seared to juicy perfection. Each patty is topped with two slices of Swiss and sauerkraut. All of this is served between two a slices of butter toasted thick cut marbled rye with PIPO made Russian dressing on each side.

The Rueben burgers are $12 or add a side and a drink for $4 more. Supplies are limited and this is a lunch time special so ordering early is recommended!

BBQ ramen this Friday at PIPO!!!! We wanted to make sure and make this special happen one more time before we’re completely out of the cooler weather.

Each 32oz bowl starts with a quality ramen noodle and then pour over a rich broth made from the juices of our pork and brisket here in the restaurant along with vegetables and PIPO BBQ sauce. The noodles and broth are then topped with your choice of sliced pork belly cooked brisket style or our beef brisket. All of this is finished with a sprinkle of green onion and a spoonful of our hatch chile corn.

If you want it spicy we’ve got you covered and if you want chopsticks we have those too!

We took a break from PIPO BBQ pizzas last week and we sure did hear about it so pizzas are back for Thursday 3/7!
