Eating salmon collars may not sound appetizing now but think of them as a combination of a chicken drumstick and fatty brisket! With fall off the bone meat that melts in your mouth. They are a must try!

We received a handful of live N.C. soft shells this morning and what better way to celebrate than with a fishmonger favorite the Asheville Hot Soft Shell Sandwich!

Lettuce, tomato, house pickles, mojo aioli, and Asheville hot oil made with a blend of spices from based out of Asheville, NC!

We have received word from our crawfish suppliers that the season is winding down. There is just a few weeks left of live crawfish and this will likely be our only A.Y.C.E Crawfish event for the season. So spread the word and don’t miss out!!

Today our truck departed Wilmington to hit the N.C. Seafood highway! This route pit stops in the heart of several commercial fishing communities along the North Carolina coast. This means the most delicious fresh catch is on the way!

Commercial fisherman have worked tirelessly to help keep our counters stocked so & come check out all we have to offer!
