Customer called us due to a unit not working. After finding out the unit had to be replaced. We also found the platform was completely falling apart and needed to be replaced. We had help us get a new clean platform. Still not finished. But what a difference.

Customer said room won’t get below 75 during the day. After going through the room. Found heated floors were on and customer had them set on off. Found a short in in thermostat that controls heated floors. Only way that anyone would find that issue is with a infrared camera. Last company tried everything to fix the issue. Now the room sits at 69 degrees with 45% humidity when it is 99 degrees outside.
