Since Doug received such support while Sunny, our sushi chef, was on vacation; he was encouraged to try a new dish. Please let him know what you think. He calls it the “Lo(HoHo)tus Platter”. 🎅🏼😂It is a decadent assortment of strawberry shortcake and HoHo Makimono, garnished with thin slices of the freshest berry around. He said it came to him in a dream, possibly inspired by the Buddha himself.
