Eldercare is happy to introduce our Employee Spotlight, Kelsie Ehlberg.

Kelsie has been a CNA at Eldercare since December of last year. She has worked faithfully and consistently with her current client. Kelsie’s favorite part of working for Eldercare is the flexibility of her schedule. She is able to work daily, along with balancing her coursework, as she is working towards obtaining her RN license. Kelsie enjoys enriching the lives of her clients by spending quality time with them. Her passion for caring for others shines through. Kelsie is happiest when spending time with her two rabbits and her family. Kelsie’s advice for new staff is to get to know the client and
get comfortable. They have the best stories!

Kelsie is looking forward to her continued career in healthcare and one day becoming an RN.

Cynthia has worked as a PCA for Eldercare since October of 2023. She goes above and beyond in everything she does in her role at Eldercare. Cynthia takes pride in knowing the needs of the elders she cares for. She enjoys being able to offer support and companionship to each and every elder. She says she loves her job so it never feels like work to her. She continuously makes it her mission to make each client laugh and smile. In her spare time,
Cynthia enjoys spending time with loved ones, traveling, and shopping.

Cynthia offers key advice for someone looking to pursue a career in healthcare: “Truly get to know your clients. Do it with your heart.”
