Or After Labor Day. It's a way of life, fighting the daily addictions of toxic THINGS being called food. We are chasing validation from the outside instead of aligning with life FROM THE INSIDE. And the optimum method is by striving to take care of this Natural temple, NATURALLY. It's not a choice. It's not an option. It's obligatory otherwise we find ourselves sick again, masks back on repeating the same lesson. The power of purpose is learning the lesson around wellness and self care! Then the world prevails. C-19 is a harsh lesson about how we take our temples for granted seeking purpose over well-being. We attract everything we need when the Trinity of mind, body and soul is sound.

Great and Grand Sunrise.
