I collect used bikes in good condition to provide to families who cannot afford to purchase bikes for their children at Christmas. I am on the Gift Mart Team, a part of Love Out Loud and Christmas for the City, In your cleaning out your storage area, please consider donating that kid's bike that is no longer used to us.

Gift Mart - Christmas for the City is tomorrow, Saturday, December 14
(9a - 4p) at the Benton Convention Center. Love Out Loud partners with a number of community organizations and churches to assist parents in shopping at a store that we set up in the Benton. Families are able to choose and purchase reduced price gifts - helping them provide for their children over the holidays.
We're still in need of Gifts! We'd love if you could go out and purchase a couple toys today (or donate your lightly used items) to help provide for the families coming to shop. We're especially in need of gifts for infants and teenagers & coats and books for all ages.
Items can be dropped off at the Benton Convention Center tomorrow from 9a-12p (call 336.747.3067 with questions).

With the threat of weather and ice overnight, we wanted to encourage any volunteers coming to help setup Gift Mart tomorrow to be safe! Come when you can and only drive if it's safe. If you have any questions - please don't hesitate to reach out!

Love Out Loud sponsored the third Christmas for the City Gift Mart to serve the communities of our city:
SATURDAY, DECEMBER 14, 2019, BENTON CONVENTION CTR
The Gift Mart provides an opportunity for parents to purchase, in a store-type setting, new and like new toys and gifts for their children (including tween and teens) at greatly reduced prices. Families who shop at the Gift Mart are referred to us through the non-profits with whom we partner.
Parents want to provide for their children. But some find themselves in very tight places and are having a challenge doing so. The Gift Mart provides an opportunity for parents to purchase new and like-new holiday gifts and toys for their children at a cost of $2 to $5 each.
