This group is for you if you’re within the first year postpartum and are looking for support. Topics that will be covered include postpartum mental health, coping skills, bonding, going from partners to parents, and more.

Visitor policy update at FMC-- Labor and delivery will allow 3 visitors at a time and these visitors may switch out. Doulas are not counted in this number and can be in addition to the other 3. Siblings of the patient may visit (regardless of their age) and will count in overall number of 3 visitors at the bedside. Children not related to the patient must be over age 12. Mother/Baby and Women’s have unrestricted visitation!
