I couldn't be more excited about this closing. These amazing clients originally had their townhouse listed as a FSBO(For Sale By Owner). They had put a lot of blood, sweat and tears into getting it ready to put on the market. Unfortunately they just weren't getting the traction they had hoped for. They were kind enough to meet with me, called the following week to ask me to list it, by end of week we were live on the market, and within 3 days officially Under Contract 🎉
